My Mozilla Firefox crashed... and I lost all my bookmarks

if any of my tech-savy readers have any tips on how to restore, please advise

the funny thing is, while it was a very long list, i think i only used 5 regularly.... but i must have them all back or it is going to slowly eat at me and then drive me insane
