My mom is so funny!

Last night we were talking on the phone... and she mentioned an email I had responded to earlier in the day...

Mom: What was that symbol at the end of your email?

Me: What? (I had no idea what she was referring to)

Mom: At the end about Regan being a real person... (this is a joke my sister and I have in regards to my mom.)

Me: Oh... was it a colon and then the letter P?

Mom: Yes!

Me: That's a stick-out tounge! LOL!

Mom: A stick out tounge?!

Me: Yes... it was indicating that what I was saying was a joke!

Mom: what I said was a joke, or what you responded with was a ajoke?

Me: What I said was a joke... it 's an emoticon!

Mom: Oh ... I know the smiley face.
