Amtrak to beef-up security! It's about time.... MARC shares a platform with Amtrak at New Carrollton (where I get on and off the train) and there is no security measures now at all! (Sometimes there are transit police on the MARC and with dogs at the MARC stations...)

It will be ineresting to see them set up these screening stations.... especially when they cause a bunch of people to miss their MARC train!!! It might lead to a riot!!
