Economy affects area malls... decrease in operating hours.

But area malls are decreasing hours. The biggest change seems to be on Sundays... opening at Noon, instead of 11 am.

I know this because I got the official sign this morning...
My office building has downgraded to toilet paper that very closely resembles sandpaper!
