I found out yesterday that an Ulta opened in Columbia (last July!) . Much closer than the other 2 I know of in Hunt Valley and Silver Spring. I stopped in yesterday (they were having a huge sale!) and picked up this fall's hottest nail color OPI's Russian Navy.
In other beauty store news... Sephora opens at the Westfield Annapolis mall November 1 along with H&M, Janie and Jack, Ann Taylor Loft, Teavana and Pottery Barn!!!!
Woohoo!
