Got Ruffles?!

If you spend anytime in the malls or reading fashion magazines (or in Ann Taylor Loft) you know that ruffles are huge this year.





Yesterday's Zoe Report arrived in my inbox touting a ruffled blazer, but the real find was what was suggested in the Parallel Universe (aka cheaper option).
